Volunteer

A strong independent voice starts with a strong community behind it.

This campaign is powered by people who care about our local area and want to have a say in its future. Volunteers are helping create something positive, practical and genuinely connected to the community – one conversation, one idea and one action at a time.

There are many ways to get involved, and no experience is needed. Whether you can spare an hour to chat with locals, help at a community event, deliver information, make phone calls or lend your skills behind the scenes, your contribution will make a difference.

Our community is made stronger by the different perspectives, experiences and ideas people bring. By welcoming a wide range of voices into this campaign, we can better understand the issues that matter most and build a stronger, more inclusive future for everyone.

Whatever time you have available and whatever way you’d like to help, we’d love to welcome you to the team.

All volunteers are expected to agree to, and abide by, our Code of Conduct (Code).
